The format is simple: I set up quietly with my pens and inks, sketch your guests as the event unfolds, and a growing gallery forms on the line. People wander over, watch, chat, and spot themselves appearing on paper. It's a natural ice-breaker, which makes it a lovely fit for corporate parties and networking evenings where you want people mingling.
Every guest I draw leaves with an elegant A5 portrait in a protective sleeve. For brands, that's a keepsake with your event on it that people genuinely want to keep, long after the branded pens have vanished into drawers.
What does event illustration cost?
A full event of live illustration£600
- Captures up to 60 guests (depending on outfits!)
- Covers 6 hours of live drawing
- Free travel within 50 miles of my studio just outside Exeter
- Guests receive an A5 memento to take away, packed in a protective sleeve
Branded paper+£100
Add your logo, event name or brand colours to the paper every portrait is drawn on. Each sketch that goes home becomes a little piece of your event, framed on someone's wall.
